Delivery and Return Policy

THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO GENERAL ONLINE PURCHASES MADE VIA DUSTIN-STORE.
Important Note: Please note that during this Covid-19 pandemic, the arrival of the item should be a little later than usual, 2-6 days after the delivery time.

1. Return policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

COVID UPDATE: Due to the recent pandemic, several types of merchandise are exempt from return. We do not accept the product if it has been tested on private parts or on the skin.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase via email to support@dustin-store.com. When we have received your request to return your items, we will give you an agreement to return the items to us.

To return your items, you must send your items to the address on the package (our phone number is required in the return package).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your redeemed product to reach you may vary.

After you have sent your package, please email us including tracking numbers, shipping date, and carrier name. This will help us process your refund faster. If you send the package without a tracking code, we will refund you after receiving the full package.

If you are shipping an item over $ 25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* You cannot cancel your order after 24 hours from placing your order.

There are certain situations where no refund is granted (if applicable):
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after being delivered.

2.Refund policy (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4.Item (s) for sale (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (s), email us at support@dustin-store.com
